Orders are confirmed only after full payment or a required deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, and others specified during checkout.Custom and event orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

We deliver to most areas in Greater Los Angeles.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If no one is available at the delivery location, the arrangement may be left at a safe spot or returned (at our discretion).
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of flowers.
If your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours with a photo.
We will review and offer a replacement or credit depending on the issue.
No refunds will be issued for personal preference complaints once flowers are delivered in good condition.
