About the Role

Rahely Flowers is looking for an experienced Freelance Florist to join our team and assist with floral design and production for luxury weddings, private events, and large-scale celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and arrange floral designs for weddings, private events, and special occasions.
• Assist with floral preparation, conditioning, processing, and production.
• Execute floral designs according to established concepts, color palettes, and client requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout production and events.
• Handle flowers, tools, equipment, and materials with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an event florist.
• Proven experience working on luxury weddings and large-scale events.
• Strong floral design, production, and installation skills.
• Comfortable working long event days, including early mornings and late nights when required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move floral arrangements, containers, and event materials.

Schedule

• Freelance / as needed based on event schedule.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Availability for early mornings, late nights, and extended event days when required.
